Put the following pieces into the pan at a certain distance from each other. When the batter begins to spread in the pan, the pieces of fish can stick together. Therefore, you can immediately separate them with a wooden spatula until the batter is fried to a crust. Fry pieces of fish for about 6 - 7 minutes until golden, crisp.
