vegetable oil 500 - 700 ml
potatoes 3-4 medium tubers
chicken egg 2 pcs.
White wine 50 - 70 ml
greasy cream 100 ml
flour for batter
lemon 1 PC.
pickled cucumber 1-2 pcs.
sour cream 2 tbsp. l
ketchup 1 tbsp. l
mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Cut the fish fillet into 1 cm thick strips. Then cut each strip at an angle so that its length is about 7-10 cm. Put the strips on a flat plate in one layer and add a little salt.

  2. Wash the lemon, cut in half, and squeeze the juice from one half onto the fish fillet. So the fish will marinate and will have a pleasant sourish aftertaste. 3-5 minutes are enough for this.
