Ingredients

Flour 1 cup per 250 ml (150-160 g)
Butter 115-120 g
Powdered sugar 2.5 tbsp. l
Salt 1/4 Art. l
Chicken egg 1 PC.

  1. We take 115-120 g of butter at room temperature and mix it for about one minute. The oil should become creamy and uniform.
