Shrimp funchoza - very simple, fast and tasty 🍤

  • electric or gas surface;
  • deep bowl;
  • tablespoon and teaspoon;
  • knife;
  • a pan with a ceramic or any non-stick coating;
  • cooking vane;
  • colander;
  • cutting board;
  • plate for serving dishes;
  • cooking tongs.

Shrimp 100 g
Bell pepper 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes 10 pieces.
Olive oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l
Garlic 2 cloves
Water 2 l

Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl, place 100 g of funchose and fill it with cold water until completely immersed. In total, about 2 liters of water will be required. Set the prepared noodles aside for soaking for 30 minutes.
    Funchoza pour water and leave to brew.
  2. Peel bell pepper. A thick-walled and meaty variety is best suited. Peel it from the core, seeds and white hymen inside the pepper. Cut the pepper into strips about 4-5 cm long.
    Cut thin long strips of sweet pepper.
  3. Cut each cherry tomato in half. If this variety is not available, they can be replaced with ordinary medium-sized tomatoes, cutting them into several parts.

  4. Grind two cloves of garlic with a knife into thin plates.

  5. Preheat the pan and place chopped bell pepper and garlic in it. Fry the vegetables over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring them with a spatula.

  6. Add halved cherry tomatoes.
    Then add the tomatoes to the pan.
  7. For the dish, you can use both fresh and frozen shrimp. Funchoza goes well not only with shrimp, it can be deliciously cooked with any seafood. For this recipe you will need 100 g of medium or small shrimp. Clean and rinse them. In the pan with vegetables, add the prepared shrimp, mix well and fry them for another 2 minutes.
    Next, add peeled and washed shrimp.
  8. For vegetables with shrimp, add 2 tbsp. l soy sauce and 1 tsp. olive oil. Stir well and simmer for two to three minutes.

  9. Using a colander, drain the water from the noodles. Funchoza should become transparent, flexible and have an attractive look. Add it to the pan for vegetables. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and simmer for another two minutes. During this time, noodles well absorb the aromas of vegetables and shrimp.
    We shift funchose to shrimp vegetables.
  10. The dish is ready. Gently put the funchose on a serving plate with cooking tongs, evenly distribute the vegetables. If desired, the dish can be decorated with flax and sesame seeds.
