Ingredients

Funchoza 100 g
Shrimp 150 g
Red bell pepper 0.5 pc
Green pea 1 handful
Garlic 2 cloves
Champignon 2 pcs.
Soy sauce 100 g
Sesame 0.5 tsp
Olive oil 2 tsp

Step cooking

  1. We use frozen peeled shrimp. Pour 150 g of shrimp with hot water, hold for 2-3 minutes, then throw them in a colander to excess glass water. If you have whole ones, then first clean them and rinse well.

  2. We put a pot of water on the fire, let it boil. In boiling water we put 100 g of funchose and boil, according to the instructions indicated on the package. Throw the finished funchose into a colander and leave it on demand. If desired, you can mix with one spoon of vegetable oil so that it does not become one lump.
    Prepare the ingredients for cooking.
  3. Pour two teaspoons of olive oil into the pan. We peel two cloves of garlic, crush them with a knife and send them to the pan. As soon as the garlic is browned, take it out, it is no longer needed. We wash one red bell pepper, cut one half into thin strips. Half the red pepper is enough for this portion of the dish.
    Cook the garlic oil to prepare the meal.
  4. We rinse two champignons, peel them, cut into large pieces and send them to fry in a pan with oil in which the garlic was fried.

  5. Fry the champignons for three minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Then add the bell pepper to them and fry for another three minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour shrimp to vegetables, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt, ground pepper to taste. Pour a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce. We recommend salting vegetables after adding soy sauce, which is salty in itself. Many culinary specialists only need soy sauce, they do not add salt at all.
    Mix the ingredients to cook.
  6. Pour a handful of green peas into the pan. It can be either canned or fresh. If using frozen peas, give it time to defrost on its own. Then he will retain his original form. We warm all the ingredients for another minute.
    Combine the ingredients for cooking.
  7. Add funchose to them, pour over it with soy sauce, about 50 g, and mix with all the ingredients. In addition to soy sauce, you can add teriyaki sauce or prepare your own version. We warm up a couple of minutes and can serve. Sesame seeds and chopped greens will be the best decoration for a ready-made shrimp fungoza. The dish is completely independent, in addition salads or meat can not be offered to it.
