Funchose salad with meat and vegetables - a festive snack 🥗

Today you will learn how to cook funchose with meat and vegetables. Learn how to cut meat and vegetables so that they are harmoniously combined in the finished dish. Funchose salad with meat and vegetables - a festive snack 🥗

Cucumber 1 PC.
Funchoza 200 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Sweet pepper 3 pcs.
Soya sauce 3 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 50 g
Hot peppers 1-2 pinch
Korean seasoning for funchose 1 sachet

Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl we put 200 g of funchose, sprinkle it with one dessert spoon of salt. Pour hot boiling water so that it completely covers the noodles, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle funchozu with salt and pour boiling water.
  2. Cut 400 g of pork or beef pulp into thin strips. Meat is easier to cut when slightly frozen. Therefore, if you wish, if it is fresh, put it in the freezer for half an hour before use.
    We cut the meat into thin strips.
  3. We clean two onions, wash, cut into small cubes.
    Grind the onion.
  4. We send the pan to the fire, pour vegetable oil, let it heat. We spread the chopped meat and fry over high heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Fry the meat in a pan.
  5. While the meat is being prepared, we will take care of the vegetables. We clean three carrots, rub them on a grater for Korean carrots. If desired, you can cut it into thin sticks. Alternatively, you can buy ready-made carrots in Korean and use it.

  6. We wash one cucumber and cut it into thin strips. If desired, the cucumber can also be grated for Korean carrots.
    Straw chop fresh cucumber.
  7. We wash three bell peppers. We recommend using peppers of different colors to make the finished dish colorful. Cut the peduncle, seeds, and cut into thin strips. We add carrots, cucumber and bell pepper in one deep bowl.
    Chop the bell pepper in the same strips.
  8. When the meat is fried for 15 minutes, add chopped onion and three tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir and fry until the onions are soft.
    Add onion and soy sauce to the meat in the pan.
  9. We clean three cloves of garlic, rinse, cut very finely, and send to the vegetables.
    Grind the garlic and add it to the vegetables.
  10. Ready meat is sent to a bowl with chopped vegetables.
    We shift the meat to chopped vegetables.
  11. Pour the noodles with liquid Korean seasoning for funchose.
    Add funchose and seasoning.
  12. Mix the mass so that the noodles, meat and vegetables are evenly mixed with each other. After we mix, we taste. Add the missing seasonings. We recommend adding hot and black pepper, soy sauce.
    Mix the funchose well with meat and vegetables.
  13. Ready salad can be left to infuse for several minutes, and then serve. You can make a spicy salad dressing yourself. To do this, we heat the vegetable oil in a pan, pour all the seasonings that we plan to use for the salad into it, mix it. You can add a couple of teaspoons of wine vinegar and soy sauce. Pour all the mixed ingredients with the resulting liquid.
    The original piquant salad is ready.
