Step cooking

  1. Sift cocoa powder through a sieve. Put a refractory bowl in a water bath and bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat a little.

  8. Turn off the heat and add the butter to the mixture. Mix well until the oil is completely dissolved in the glaze. It is important that the oil is soft but not melted.
    Remove the glaze from the heat, add the butter and mix.
  9. Pour the icing into another shape, preferably glass, and use as intended. Enjoy your meal!
