The article describes an unusual recipe for making stuffed cabbage in the oven. Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l

Any broth any 700 ml
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l

Step cooking

Preparing the filling

  1. Grind one medium-sized onion and two garlic cloves in a blender bowl. You can do this manually, but this is how you can achieve maximum uniformity.
    Grind onions and garlic in a blender.
  2. We thoroughly rinse sanded rice in a volume of 150 grams under running water until the drained liquid becomes transparent. After this, the croup must be rid of excess fluid. In this case, the shape of the rice is not important - it can be either round or long-grain. A bunch of fresh parsley is thoroughly washed, dried, finely chop the greens with a knife. For the filling, you will also need 500 g of minced meat. You can take minced meat from any meat, both mixed and pork, beef. We shift it into a deep container and add chopped onion with garlic in a blender, a tablespoon of dried paprika. We also send washed rice and chopped parsley here, salt and pepper everything to taste.
    In a bowl, combine the washed rice. minced meat, onions with garlic, chopped parsley and spices.
  3. Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. This is best done with your hands. The components must be carefully distributed so that everything gets enough pepper and salt.
    Thoroughly mix the stuffing for stuffed cabbage.
  4. Add 120 ml of cold water to the mixed meat. This will give the filling a great juiciness.
    Add minced water for juiciness.
  5. The resulting mixture is covered with cling film and sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, he must insist, and the ingredients will give all their taste.
    Again, mix the minced meat well and put it in the refrigerator for now.

Preparation of cabbage leaves

  1. From a whole cabbage we cut out a stump and put the head in the microwave for 6 minutes, setting the maximum power.
    Cut cabbage from cabbage and send forks to the microwave.
  2. After that, we get the head out and remove the top leaves from it. The rest are sent back to the microwave for the same amount of time and at the same maximum power. After that, the leaves become soft and supple, wrinkle well and do not break.
    After the microwave, the sheets are easily removed from the fork.

Fill preparation

  1. Cut one onion into small cubes.
    Grind onions.
  2. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
    Grate the carrots.
  3. Fry chopped onion on two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
    Fry onions in vegetable oil.
  4. When the onion becomes transparent, you can add grated carrots to it. Mix and fry for several minutes.
    Add carrot to the onion.
  5. To the fried vegetables in the pan add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and ½ teaspoon of sugar, a little salt. This is necessary in order to interrupt the sour taste of tomato paste.
    Add tomato paste, salt and sugar to the vegetables in the pan.
  6. In a deep baking dish we spread half of the resulting frying, thereby forming a substrate for stuffed cabbage. In the rest of the fried vegetables, add a tablespoon of flour, turn on a small fire.
    Add the flour.
  7. Gradually, we begin to add 700 ml of broth to the pan so that the flour does not create lumps.
    We introduce broth to vegetables with flour, mix.
  8. When the mixture boils, add 4 tablespoons of sour cream, salt, pepper to taste. Mix, bring to a boil again, and the gravy is ready.
    Add sour cream, and after a few minutes the sauce is ready.

Stuffed cabbage formation

  1. We cut out the middle of the cabbage leaf - the thick part, thereby dividing it in half.
    We cut the cabbage leaf in half, removing a thick vein.
  2. We spread about 2.5-3 tablespoons of minced meat on one half of the cabbage leaf, distribute it along the leaf.
    On a half sheet lay out the filling.
  3. We turn the sheet into a roll, tightly pressing the edges.

  4. From the roll we form a dense snail.
