Baking powder 3 tsp
Custard Powder 25 g
Tapioca flour 60 g
Concentrated milk 50 ml
Fat cream 500 ml
Sugar 5 tbsp. l

  6. Cover the finished mixture with cling film and leave for about 30 minutes.
We leave the finished dough for half an hour.
  7. Lubricate the waffle iron with vegetable oil and heat it to 180 degrees. In the preheated waffle iron (or multi-baker), fill the dough, filling all the recesses. Close the lid and bake the waffle for 4-5 minutes. If you use a regular waffle iron, it is recommended to turn it over every minute so that the waffle bakes evenly on both sides. In the case of a multi-baker, this is not necessary.
It is convenient to bake such waffles in a multi-bakery or an electric waffle iron.
  8. We carefully pull out the finished wafer from the waffle iron, prying the edges with a silicone spatula.
Gently take out the finished waffle.
  9. While it is warm, you can give it the desired shape, for example, cone-shaped. When it cools, the shape will remain, and the waffle will be crispy.
While the waffle is hot, you can give it any shape.

Filling Option

  1. Whipped cooled cream (500 ml) with 5 tbsp. l sugar for 5 minutes. Moreover, sugar must be introduced gradually, one spoonful.
To prepare the filling, whip the cream with sugar.
  2. When the cream thickens, put them in a pastry bag and squeeze them on top of the wafer.
We start the waffle cone with butter cream.
  3. Cut strawberries into thin slices and decorate on top.
