Step cooking

  1. To start, take 1 pc. pink salmon, we clear its scales with a special knife for cleaning, cut off the head and tail, cut off the fins, make a longitudinal section along the abdomen and carefully take out all the insides, trying not to touch the gall bladder. We wash the prepared carcass under running cold water, put it on a cutting board and separate the fillet from the ridge and abdominal bones, after which we cut the meat into small pieces about 1.5 cm thick.
    We cut pink salmon into portioned slices.
  2. In a deep container, put our fillet cut into pieces, sprinkle it on top with 1 large pinch of salt and 1 pinch of ground black pepper, then mix thoroughly and leave it to salted.
    We put the pieces of fish in a bowl, salt, pepper.
  3. In a deep bowl we break 2 chicken eggs, add 1 pinch of salt and 6 tbsp. l flour, then with a fork, stir everything until a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

  4. Pour the thick batter into a container with chopped fillet and gently mix with a tablespoon to evenly smear all the pieces of pink salmon.
    Pour batter into a bowl of fish and mix.
  5. We put a deep frying pan on medium heat, pour 0.5 stack into it. sunflower oil and wait for it to warm up well.
    We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil.
  6. We take our container with pink salmon and put the fish into the heated oil, each piece individually. There should be enough oil so that the fish is fried almost like in deep fat.
    One at a time, spread the pieces of fish batter into the heated oil.
  7. When one side of the fish in batter became golden, turn the filet on the other side with a spatula and fry until the same beautiful color is obtained.
