Step cooking

  1. Take the gutted carcass of pink salmon. Wash it well under running water and dip it with paper towels. Cut the pink salmon into steaks about 2 cm wide and put in a bowl.

  2. Salt pink salmon to taste. Add black ground pepper to taste. Instead of black pepper, you can take any spices and herbs that you like.

  3. Wash and scald lemon with boiling water. Cut it into halves. We pour pink salmon over the juice of half a lemon.

  4. Mix the steaks with your hands and leave for about 20 minutes, so that the fish is soaked and marinated.

We do not need to boil the broccoli completely, we only need to boil it. Therefore, after 1-2 minutes, remove the broccoli pan from the heat and drain the water through a colander.

  6. After 20 minutes, put the fish in a glass refractory baking dish. You need to try to lay out the pieces in one layer.
