Garlic 5 teeth
Carrot 2 pcs.
Sour cream with a fat content of 20% 3 tbsp. l
Hard cheese 100g
Water 150 ml

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Peel the carrots (2 pieces) and grate it with a small hole.
    Rub the carrots on a fine grater.
  2. Peel the garlic (5 cloves) and also grate it or pass through a press and put in a separate plate.
    On the same fine grater, three garlic.
  3. Peel the onion (2 pieces) and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
    Chop the onion into quarter rings.
  4. Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons) and fry the onions until transparent, stirring constantly.
    Fry the onion until soft.
  5. When the onion becomes transparent, put the grated carrots to it and fry, stirring constantly, for another 2 minutes.
    Add carrots and pass the vegetables.
  6. Add chopped garlic to the pan, stir and fry for another minute. Remove the frying from the heat.

  7. Cut the peeled and gutted carcass of pink salmon on a filet. To do this, cut all the fins, carefully cut the fish along the ridge, carefully remove the bones of the ridge and ribs, cut the peritoneum.

  8. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) with a silicone brush. Cut the prepared fillet of pink salmon into portioned slices 2-2.5 cm wide and put them in the prepared form.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  12. Pour pink salmon into the mold with the resulting mixture. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

  13. While the fish is in the oven, grate hard cheese (100 grams) on a fine grater. After 25-30 minutes, remove the form and sprinkle with grated cheese the fish on top.
    A few minutes before cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
  14. Bake the dish for another 2-3 minutes to completely melt the cheese.
    Pink salmon in sour cream under cheese will perfectly complement a side dish of potatoes.
