Step by step cooking with photo

To prepare soup for dinner, half peas should be soaked in the morning. And vice versa, if they plan to have lunch, then the cereal should be put up for swelling in the evening, before bedtime.

Cook broth

  1. Soak in cold water for 8-12 hours (preferably at night) 200 g peas. Wash pork meat (always on the bone!), Add a small amount of water and put on a large fire.
    Pour the meat with water and set to cook.
  2. After boiling, the first broth should be drained, and the pan and meat should be washed.
    We drain the first broth, the pan and my meat.
  3. Refill the pork with 2.0-2.5 liters of drinking water, run the halves of peas soaked and well washed under running water and put the pan on the cook.
    Pour the meat with new water, add the peas and set the broth to cook.
  4. After boiling, remove the intensity of the heat and cook on low heat for about an hour under a tightly covered lid.
    After boiling, do not forget to remove the foam from the broth.
Important! The foam formed during boiling peas must be removed, and not one, but two or three times. To make the peas well boiled, you can add a teaspoon of granulated sugar when starting the peas in a pot for cooking. Sugar is not felt in the soup, but gives a spicy flavor.

Cooking Roasting

  1. Chop one small onion into small cubes.
    Grind the onion.
  2. In a vegetable oil heated in a pan, run onion cubes and fry until transparent.
    Fry the onion until transparent in vegetable oil.
  3. Dissolve one small carrot on a fine grater.
    Rub carrots on a fine grater.
  4. Once the onion has become transparent, but has not yet browned, add the grated carrots to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes with the addition of your favorite spices and a pinch of salt.
