Ingredients

Split peas 2 multi-glasses
Water (boiling water) 1.5-2 l
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Smoked products 250-300 g
Bay leaf 1-2 sheets
Black pepper Taste
Allspice
Greens (parsley, dill)
Salt
Vegetable oil 20 g

Step cooking

  1. Pre-fill the peas with water, add 1 tsp. soda and leave for 1.5-2 hours. This will allow the beans to swell and boil well in the soup.
    Peas must first be soaked.
  2. Pour the oil into the slow cooker, set the mode "Frying". While heating is in progress, we are preparing other products. Finely chop the onions, chop the carrots on a coarse grater.
    Chop the onion finely, and three carrots on a grater.
  3. Once the crock-pot has warmed up, put the onions and carrots inside, mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.
    Fry the onion with carrots in the multicooker bowl.
  4. Cut the sausage into small cubes, add to the vegetables and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, not forgetting to mix from time to time.
    Add the diced sausage to the roasting.
  5. Cut the potatoes into strips and add to the slow cooker.

  6. We wash the peas in cold running water and also add to the slow cooker.
