    • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice mix with a similar amount of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cognac, add herbs.
      You can prepare a delicious marinade of olive oil mixed with soy sauce and dessert wine in equal proportions, and seasoned with black pepper.

Do not close the lid in the first minutes: as soon as the mass boils, a foam will appear, which should be disposed of. If the meat was frozen or bought at the supermarket, it is advisable to drain the first broth. And just fill it with second water, boil until tender.
    7. If you are interested not only in the taste of meat, but also in the broth, enrich it with vegetables. Add onions, carrots, celery chopped into large pieces. The broth will be thick and very fragrant.
    8. Salt the meat about 20 minutes before the end of cooking.
