Step cooking

  1. The meat (400 g) is thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces with a knife. Turn on the slow cooker and set it to "Frying" mode. Pour into the bowl of the multicooker 1 - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, and after the butter we spread the pieces of beef (one at a time so that the frying temperature does not drop immediately). Fry the meat in a slow cooker (stirring occasionally) until the liquid evaporates.

  2. While the beef is being prepared, we clean, wash and finely chop the onions (1 pc.), And when the meat is fried and the liquid evaporates, add the onions to the multicooker. Mix.
