Ingredients

Beef (preferably neck) 800 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Tomato paste 4 tbsp. l
A mixture of peppers (or black pepper) 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Water (boiling water) 800 ml
Vegetable oil (for frying) 3 tbsp. l

Step cooking
