  • coarse grater;
  • toothpick;
  • round silicone mold;
  • kitchen knife;
  • wooden plank;
  • oven.

Ingredients

Water 125 ml
Milk 125 ml
Sunflower oil 25 g
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Flour 500 g
Suluguni cheese or mozzarella 600 g
Butter 40-50 g

  1. Water in the amount of 125 ml is slightly heated in the microwave to 36-37 degrees. Add 2 tsp. dry yeast and 1 tsp. salt. We thoroughly shake it with a teaspoon.

  2. We cover the glass with water and other ingredients with a lid and leave it in a warm place for a quarter of an hour. During this time, the yeast will begin to work. Sift half a kilogram of wheat flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Using a spatula, make a small depression in the flour and put 2 tsp in it. sugar, 25 g of sunflower oil and pre-warmed to 37 degrees with 125 ml of milk. We also pour a little suitable yeast into the bowl with flour.

  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set the khachapuri to bake for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we take out the form from the oven and sprinkle grated khachapuri with grated cheese. Again we send to bake in the oven for 5 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, so that the cheese melts.
