  1. 180 ml of warm water (35-40 degrees) are mixed with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp Sahara. Next, add 5 g of dry yeast or 15 g of fresh. Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes, until a foam cap forms on the surface.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Sift 300 g of wheat flour into a deep bowl. Mix the yeast thoroughly and pour into the sifted flour. We begin to knead the dough. Since the flour is different for everyone, if you see that the dough is too thick, you can add 1 tbsp. l warm water.
