Flour 250-300 g
Kefir 3.2% fat 120 ml
Sour cream 20% fat 180 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 3 g
Salt 1.5 g
Soda 1.5 g
Curd 15% fat 200 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Fresh greens small bunch
Salt and ground black pepper taste

  1. Pour 120 ml of kefir and 120 g of sour cream into a deep bowl. Add 3 g of sugar and 1.5 g of salt, pour in 80 g of melted and chilled butter. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
