Wheat flour 400 g
Rye flour 100 g
Water 350 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Fresh yeast 30 g
Butter 25 - 30 g
Baking powder 10 g

Step cooking

  1. We will prepare all the ingredients on the list. In 350 ml of warm water, add 30 g of fresh yeast and 1 tsp. sugar, stir well until smooth.
    Dissolve the yeast in water, add sugar.
  2. Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of the bread machine. You must download all the ingredients in the order that is provided by the manufacturer of your bread machine.
    Pour the yeast mixture into a bucket of a bread machine.
  3. Separately combine the dry ingredients - 400 g of wheat flour, 100 g of rye flour, 10 g of baking powder. Mix and sift through a sieve to enrich the flour with oxygen. By the same principle, rye flour can be replaced with buckwheat, corn, oatmeal and any other flour. Each time you get a new taste of bread.
    Mix the flour, add salt.

  4. Pour 1.5 tsp. salt and sugar. Dry ingredients are added to the bowl of the breadmaker to the liquid.

  5. 25 - 30 g of butter at room temperature, cut into cubes and add to the bowl.
    Add the sliced ​​soft butter.
  6. We set the bowl in the bread machine. You do not need to mix, since the breadmaker has a knife that will mix all the ingredients. Baking time is 7 hours. After the start has been pressed, you do not need to open the lid, and do not touch the dough, as it may fall and bread will not work.
    Set the bucket with the components in the bread maker.
  7. The bread maker will notify the readiness of the bread with his signal. Then you can take out the bread, let it cool, and only then cut it. When you take out the bread, it continues to cook until it cools completely. Therefore, do not rush to cut bread. In addition, rye pastries should not be consumed hot. Ready rye bread is perfect for any dish, and it tastes good even just with butter. Shelf life of bread in closed form is, on average, 7 days, and in open form 2 days. Enjoy your meal!
