Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • 300 ml cup or bowl;
  • tea spoon;
  • ice pack;
  • freezer;
  • a wooden rolling pin or ice chopper;
  • 300 ml bowl;
  • fine mesh sieve;
  • gauze in 2 layers on the diameter of the sieve;
  • stationary or submersible blender with a bowl;
  • 250-300 ml glasses for supply;
  • cocktail tubes.

Ingredients

Freshly ground coffee 1/2 cup
Drinking water 1 cup
Milk 2.5-3.2% 200-250 ml
Sugar taste
Chocolate or caramel syrup (optional) taste
Whipped cream taste
Ice 400-600 g
All the ingredients of the recipe are given in approximate proportions, you can change them to your taste - more sweet, greasy, strong, milk, creamy, etc.

  1. In a 300 ml cup or bowl, pour 1/2 cup ground coffee with 1 cup cold drinking water, mix with a spoon. We leave to insist for about 12 hours (at night) to obtain coffee concentrate.

  2. We prepare about 400-600 g of ice in the freezer.

Making a drink

  1. The infused coffee concentrate is filtered in a 300 ml bowl through a fine sieve, covered with two layers of gauze.

  2. With an ice chopper we break the ice in the bag into small pieces.
    We thrust ice into small pieces.
  3. To prepare one serving of the drink, pour 100-150 ml of coffee concentrate into the blender bowl.

  4. Add 100-125 g of milk, about 1 tsp. chocolate syrup, 200-300 g of ice.
    Add cream, ice, chocolate syrup.
  5. Beat with a blender until smooth. We taste, add sugar, syrup, milk as necessary and mix with a blender.
    We interrupt the prepared ingredients with a blender.
  6. Pour the resulting drink into a glass for serving, decorate with whipped cream and syrup to taste to taste, dip a cocktail tube into it. Enjoy your meal!
