  • Shallot - 4-5 pcs.

  • Sesame - 1/2 tbsp. l
  • Green onion - a pinch
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. l
  • Onions - 1/4 pcs.
  • Rice or wine vinegar - 3.5 tbsp. l
  • Brown sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Sweet mustard - 100 g
  • Fresh ginger - 1/2 tsp.
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. We will cook a hot dog with two different fillings. The first is done in a more American style, it will require 3-4 slices of bacon, which must be thoroughly fried. We heat the dry pan and spread the slices of bacon on it. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Bacon should become crispy. We shift the bacon fried on both sides onto a flat dish covered with paper towels. We let the bacon lie down for a couple of seconds so that the stack is excess fat. Also, if desired, add 1/4 tsp to the onion after 10-15 minutes. balsamic sauce and mix well. A similar ingredient is used not so much for taste as for giving the onion a dark color.
