Step cooking

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, place two teaspoons of dry yeast (this is one tablespoon without top).
    Pour yeast into a bowl.
  2. Here we put one teaspoon without a top of salt.
    Add salt to the yeast.
  3. We mix yeast and salt well with a whisk, pour a glass of milk into a bowl, and also mix with a whisk.
    Then add milk.
  4. Add two tablespoons to the milk and yeast without sugar top, mix the mixture again.

Then add another part of the flour, knead the dough in a bowl.

  7. We spread the dough on a cutting board, begin to knead it with your hands, we achieve a homogeneous consistency. The dough should turn out soft, elastic, not stick to your hands. During the batch, add flour if necessary.
    Knead the dough well on the work surface.
  8. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, put it in a large plastic bag with a lock or in a pan, as the product will increase and it needs room for this. We send the dough into the refrigerator for four hours. After this time, the dough can be used for baking various products.
