Step cooking

  1. Sift 3 cups flour into a bowl, add 0.5 tsp. salt and soda, pour 1 cup of kefir or ayran. You can put 1 tbsp. l softened butter to make the dough more plastic.

  2. Knead the dough - first with a spoon, until the whole mass has gathered in a bowl, and then with your hands on a table sprinkled with flour. The dough should not be too steep, but you need to knead it well - at least 10-12 minutes.

  3. Experienced chefs recommend knocking out the dough on the table so that it becomes more elastic, rolls easier and does not tear. Cover the dough with a towel or cling film and leave to lie for half an hour.

Baking

  2. Put the hichin and bake on low heat for 6-7 minutes. - 3-3.5 minutes each. from each side.
