Ingredients

Flour 400 g
Kefir 250 ml
Soda 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cheese 200 g
Greenery 30 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Butter for lubrication 90 g

Step cooking

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of soda to a bowl of kefir and mix well. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
    In kefir add soda.
  2. You can knead the dough manually or cook in a bread machine. To do this, add kefir and soda to a bowl with 400 grams of flour and mix well.

  3. If you knead the dough manually, knead it for 5-7 minutes. The dough should be soft, very slightly sticky. If cooking in a bread machine, follow the instructions for your technique.

  4. While the dough is preparing, you need to prepare the filling. To do this, grate any curd cheese on a fine grater.

  5. To the cheese, grate 2 cloves of garlic on a fine grater and add finely chopped greens. It can be dill or parsley.

  10. When each cake is rolled out, you can begin to fry them in a pan.

  11. The pan must be hot and dry. Each cake must be fried on both sides for 3 minutes. When frying, flat cakes can inflate greatly. They need to be slightly pierced with a fork or knife to release air.
