Step cooking

  1. Grate pumpkin and carrots on a coarse grater. Add sugar to the tomato paste and dilute it with water.
    Grate pumpkin and carrots.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a deep saucepan with butter, fry the onion until golden brown.

  3. Add carrots and simmer all together, stirring.
