  2. Rinse well one lemon under running water, then cut it into thin circles on a cutting board. You can also grind lemon with a blender or meat grinder.

  3. Place the chopped lemon in the teapot and add chopped ginger. In a teapot, boil 1 liter of water and pour boiling water over lemon and ginger.
    We spread the lemon and ginger in a teapot, pour boiling water.
  4. Cover and leave the teapot for about 10-15 minutes to allow the mixture to cool.
    Cover the teapot and let it brew.
  5. After this time, when the water temperature dropped to about 80 ºС, add 1 tbsp to all the ingredients. l natural honey and mix well. Never add honey to boiling water, otherwise it will lose all its beneficial properties. Cover the kettle with a kitchen towel and infuse the drink for about an hour, after which it can be consumed.
    When the tea has cooled a little, add honey to it.
