Flour 350 g (2 + 1/3 cup.)
Ground Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Ground Ginger (Dry) 1 tsp
Butter 180 g
Cane or White Sugar 120 g (1/2 cup.)
