  • a stove or hob;
  • pan;
  • cans for cooking in a multicooker;
  • slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1-3 L
  • Sourdough - 1 sachet

Step cooking

  1. Take 1 to 3 liters of homemade milk and bring it to a boil in a saucepan. First you need to boil the milk.
  2. Cool the milk to a temperature of 35-40 degrees. Cool the milk to a temperature of 40 degrees.
  3. Take 1 package of sourdough and add it to milk. Pour the sourdough into the milk.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly, and then distribute the liquid in jars for making yogurt. After mixing the milk, pour it into the container for making yogurt.
  5. Cover the filled containers with lids and send to the bowl of the multicooker. Set the yogurt function and leave your composition to reach 8 hours. We put the molds in the slow cooker and turn on the mode for cooking yogurt.
  6. At the end of the period, move the jars of yogurt in the refrigerator and let them brew. After 8 hours, natural yogurt is ready.
  7. Serve to the table seasoned with jam or berries. Home-made yogurt can be eaten with berries, fruits, jam.
