  • Water - 1.5-1.8 L
  • Sugar - 180 g
  • Salt 3 tbsp. l (with a slide)
  • Vinegar 9% 250 ml

  1. Rinse approximately 2-2.5 kilograms of zucchini under running water and dry. Cut the zucchini into 2 cm thick circles. Large slices of zucchini cut in half. Cooking Bulgarian zucchini for the winter
