  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • rice - 120 g
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l
  • ground black pepper - ½ tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • dill greens - to taste
  • fresh rosemary to taste
  • water - 0.8-1 l
