How to pickle mushrooms - a quick recipe 🍄

Kitchen appliances and utensils: stove, refrigerator, kitchen scale, pan, measuring cup, cutting board, knife, deep bowl with a lid, a tablespoon and a teaspoon.

salt 2-3 tsp
black peppercorns 12-15 pcs.
allspice 3-4 pcs.
water 150 ml
white wine vinegar 50 ml
vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l
garlic 1-2 cloves
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.

dill taste

Step cooking

  1. To start, prepare the mushrooms. Rinse 300 g of champignons thoroughly under cold running water. If necessary, clean the mushrooms from dirt with a knife. For pickling, it is best to use mushrooms of small or medium sizes, their hats should be closed, and the plates under them should be white. If you have larger mushrooms, just cut them into several parts.
    We wash the mushrooms.
  2. Pour 150 ml of water into a small saucepan and add 50 ml of white wine vinegar. Place the pot on medium heat. Then pour 2 tsp into water. salt and add 3-4 pcs. allspice peas, as well as 12-15 pcs. black pepper peas. Bring everything to a boil and add 1-2 pcs. bay leaf.

  3. Place prepared mushrooms in boiling water.
    In a boiling marinade, spread the mushrooms.
  4. Then pour in a saucepan with mushrooms about 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil - sunflower or olive. Bring everything to a boil and cook the mushrooms for another 1.5-2 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon. Remove the marinade foam while boiling. Then turn off the fire.
    Add vegetable oil to the mushrooms in the marinade.
  5. Rinse thoroughly several sprigs of dill and one sprig of rosemary, then place the greens in a separate bowl. Then peel and chop 1-2 cloves of garlic in plates, then add it to the greens.

  6. Pour the slightly cooled marinade with mushrooms into a bowl of greens, then tightly cover the bowl with a lid and store in a cool place for 24 hours, preferably in the refrigerator. To do this, you can use any suitable container with a lid or.
