  9. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and continue frying for 10 minutes. After this time, turn the ham over and fry it over medium heat for another 10 minutes, also with the lid closed. Turn the legs over again and fry already on a lower fire under the lid.
  10. We pierce the fleshy part of the chicken with a toothpick, and if clear juice flows out, then the chicken is ready. If you observe a pinkish liquid leak, then reduce the heat to moderate and continue cooking under the closed lid for another 5-10 minutes.
