Ingredients

  • mussels - 2 kg
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • butter - 30 g
  • vegetable oil - 50 g
  • dry white wine - 75 ml
  • cream - 500 ml
  • processed cheese - 130 g
  • greens - a bunch
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Step cooking

  1. We thoroughly rinse 2 kg of mussels under running water, clean them of algae and sand. Wash the mussels thoroughly.
  2. Chop 2 onions into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Just finely chop 4 heads of garlic. Grind the garlic with a knife.
  4. In a deep frying pan, heat 50 g of vegetable and 30 g of butter. In a stewpan, melt the butter, add vegetable oil as well.
  5. Lightly fry onion and garlic in oil. Lightly saute the onions and garlic.
  6. Add 75 ml of dry white wine to the pan and simmer the ingredients for 3 minutes. Add white wine to the onion with garlic.
  7. On a coarse grater, rub 130 g of cream cheese. On a grater three melted cheese.
  8. Bring 500 ml of cream to a boil. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  9. We shift the cheese into a container with cream. Salt and pepper the resulting mass to taste. Put the cheese in boiling cream.
  10. Send the mussels to the pan with onions and garlic. We put the mussels in a pan to the onion with garlic.
  11. Pour the contents of the pan with cream sauce. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer under a closed lid for 5 minutes. Add creamy sauce to mussels.
