  • butter - 50 grams;
  • sunflower oil - 25 ml;
  • table vinegar - 25 ml;
  • flour - 500 grams.

Cooking process

  1. Chill the water in the refrigerator, and preferably in the freezer.
  2. In ice water, add vegetable oil, vinegar and mix.
  3. Slowly add flour, knead for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter.
  5. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll into thin layers.
  6. Lubricate each layer with oil on one side, lay them on top of each other.
  7. Roll the roll and cut it into pieces of 8-10 cm.

Samsa from puff pastry with meat is juicy and very satisfying.

For the filling you will need:

  • beef - 500 grams;
  • onion - 3 pcs. big size;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • zira, herbs, ground black pepper, salt - to taste;
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling;
  • egg - 1 pc.

Cooking process

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes or mince.The recipe for samsa with minced meat is a modern invention, and is not very appreciated in national culinary, as it is believed that in the process of grinding the meat loses its juiciness. But to save time, you can use a blender that preserves the structure of meat fibers.
  2. Finely chop the onion, mix with the meat, mash the mixture a little.
  3. Cut greens, vegetables, add to meat, season with spices and mix.
  4. Roll each piece of dough into a circle with a diameter of 10 cm.
  5. Place the filling in the center and pinch the edges.

  • chicken fillet - 600 grams;
  • onion - 2 pcs. big size;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • seasoning for chicken, salt - to taste.

Cooking process

  1. Chop the meat finely or chop it in a blender.
  2. Finely chop the onion and combine with the meat.
  3. Grind butter, combine with meat, onions, salt and spices. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each cake.
