  2. 500 grams of broccoli are freed from the cling film in which it was packaged, carefully sorted into inflorescences: first we cut the bottom of the cabbage, then it is easy to divide it into separate small inflorescences.

  3. Before sending inflorescences to a pot of boiling water, wash them under running water or simply in a separate container, pour cold water.
