Important! Readiness is determined by grinding the bean between the fingers. If the fruit is soft and easy to warm up, then it has already been cooked.

Quick cooking method without soaking

  • Rinse 350 g of dry beans in running water.
  • Transfer to a pan and pour 750 ml of drinking water.
  • Place the pot on a burner with a large flame and boil the contents.
  • Let the beans boil in water for 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn off the burner, cover the pan with a lid and leave on the stove for an hour.
  • After an hour or a half, drain the already cooled water from the beans.
  • Rinse the contents of the pan, pour again and cook in the same way as in classical cooking - wait until it boils, remove the heat and cook without a lid for about an hour and a half.

Did you know? If the liquid boils quickly, the necessary volume must be filled with hot (boiling) water.
