How to cook king prawns 🦐

The shell should be evenly coated with icing, and the presence of snow in the packaging indicates that this product was thawed. The shrimp themselves should be ring-shaped, and the more they are bent, the more fresh the product is in front of you. If the shell is pale and stained, then the seafood was stored in violation of the thermal regime. Step cooking

  1. A day before the start of cooking, we place 500 g of frozen king prawns in a deep container and put on the lower shelf of the refrigerator so that they unfreeze.

  4. When the water warms up, add 3 tbsp. l salt, 9 peas of allspice black pepper, 2 bay leaves, a bunch of dill, cut onion and wait for the water to boil.

  5. When the liquid boils, put king prawns in a pan and cook them for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spread the shrimp in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
