  1. We place 200 grams of red beans in a small container, after removing excess components in the form of possible garbage. Rinse the product thoroughly under running cold water and place the beans in a small saucepan. Pour cold water in this ratio: if you took a glass of beans, then you need to add half a glass of water.
    We wash the beans, put them in a pan and fill them with water.
  2. Turn on the fire and send the pan with red beans to the stove. We are waiting for it to boil.

  3. When the water boils, we again pick up half a glass of cold water from the tap and add to the boiling beans. We are waiting for it to boil.

  6. We cover the pot with beans with a lid, let it boil, reduce the heat, cook it for forty to forty-five minutes. At the end of cooking, salt the beans with one teaspoon of salt.
