How to cook fresh cauliflower 🥦

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • knife;
  • tablespoon;
  • fireproof pan;
  • measuring cup;
  • hob;
  • cutting board.

salt pinch
sugar pinch
water 1 liter

Step cooking

  1. We put a deep pan on the fire and pour about 1 liter of water into it.
    Pour water into the pan.
  2. There we add a pinch of salt and sugar.
    Add salt to the boiling water.
  3. We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, rinse them, immerse them in boiling water and boil until tender (at least 10 minutes).
    In boiling water, lower the cauliflower.
  4. Dip the cabbage in cold water and let it cool a little.
    After cooking, dip the vegetable in cold water.
  5. The product is ready to eat!
