When preparing a drink, it is required to count products - per 100 g of ginger 1 liter of liquid. In this case, water will need 1.5 liters. Be sure to clean the ginger root from the crust, because if this is not done, the tea will have an unpleasant earthen flavor, which can no longer be removed. Peeled ginger into small pieces. Pieces of ginger are transferred to a blender bowl and pour about 50 ml of water. Fluid is required for ginger to beat better. Grind the ginger root in a blender to a puree state.
