Ricotta cheese 300 g
Peeled Tomatoes in Tomato Juice 1 liter

Dry white wine 100 ml
Parsley 2 - 3 branches
Lemon 1 PC.
Garlic 1 clove
Onion 1 PC.
Egg 1 PC.

  1. Peel 4-5 large squids from the skin.
    We clean the squid carcasses from the films.
  2. Cut the wings of the squid, and then finely chop them. If you have squid with tentacles, cut them and chop finely.

  3. Finely chop one onion.
    Grind the onion.
  4. We put the pan on the stove. Add 1 tbsp. l creamy and 1 tbsp. l olive oil.

  5. Sliced ​​onions are sent to the heated oil and fry for 1 - 2 minutes over medium heat. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic to the onion or chop it finely.
    Put the onion in the pan, squeeze the garlic.
  6. Fry the onion until soft, then add the chopped squid wings. Fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add the squid to the onion with garlic.
  7. We wash 300 g of spinach leaves and add to the pan to the rest of the ingredients. Immediately cover, reduce heat and simmer for several minutes so that spinach decreases in volume under the influence of steam.
    Add spinach leaves to the filling.
  8. When the spinach donkey, open the lid, mix well. We extinguish without a lid so that excess moisture evaporates.
    Stir the filling so that almost all the moisture evaporates.
  9. Spread 300 g of ricotta cheese in a deep bowl. We shift cooked and slightly cooled ingredients from the pan.

  10. Pour 0.5 tsp. chili pepper flakes. Drive one egg.
    We spread the ingredients from the pan to the ricotta, add the chili pepper and the egg.
  11. Add 2 - 3 branches of chopped parsley. You can use any greens to your taste.
    Add chopped greens to the filling.
  12. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly so that all the ingredients are combined and the filling becomes homogeneous.
    Mix the mass well.

Cooking squid

  1. We fill each squid with 2/3 filling so that you can pinch the squid.

  2. We fix the stuffed squid with a wooden toothpick.
    We fasten the squid with toothpicks so that the filling does not leak when baking.
  3. Lubricate the baking dish with 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
    Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Spread the squid.
    Stuffed stuffed squids in the form.
  5. We cut tomatoes in any form and lay them in empty places between the squids.
    Cut finely canned tomatoes and spread them in a form between squids.
  6. Pour 100 ml of dry white wine from above.

  7. Add salt, pepper and put in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Put the squid form in the oven.
  8. We put ready squids on plates, take out toothpicks. Serve squids to the table with a slice of lemon, watering the resulting sauce. Enjoy your meal!
