Wheat flour 220 g
Sugar 180 g
Kefir room temperature 180 ml
Vegetable oil 120 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 2/3 tsp
Baking powder 2/3 tsp
Cocoa 10 g

Red food gel dye 1 tsp
Chilled Cream Cheese 300 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
33-35% chilled cream or room temperature butter 100 ml or 100 g
