  • potatoes - 250 g;
  • cream - 125 ml;
  • kohlrabi - two pieces;

  • onion - one head;
  • garlic - one clove;
  • butter - one tablespoon;
  • spice.

Step by step

  1. Cut cabbage and potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Chop the onion and fry in butter until a clear color.
  3. Add cabbage and potatoes to the pan and fry a little.
  4. Put the ingredients in a pan and pour the broth.
  5. Cook for about 40 minutes until vegetables are fully cooked.
  6. When the soup has cooled slightly, add chopped garlic and mash everything in mashed potatoes using a blender.
  7. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs, and add croutons if desired.

There is a simpler option for cooking the first dish of kohlrabi. We need one zucchini and one “royal” fruit, as well as 100 g of cream. Vegetables are fried in a pan, then boiled, combined with cream and chopped with a blender. The option is useful for children.
