Ingredients

White cabbage 1,5 kg
carrot 400 g
sugar 2 tbsp. l
salt 1.5 tbsp. l
vinegar essence 0.5 tsp
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
acetylsalicylic acid 2 tab.

  1. On a coarse grater, rub 400 g of carrots.
