Ingredients

  • potatoes - 10 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • minced meat - 600 g
  • water - 150 ml
  • sour cream 20% - 200 ml
  • ketchup - 1 tsp.
  • adjika - 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp
  • salt to taste

Step cooking

  1. We take 10 peeled and washed potatoes and, using a knife, cut out the core in them. From the peeled potatoes, cut out the middle.
  2. Finely chop 1 head of onion and fry it until golden. In a deep container, mix 600 g of minced meat, fried onions, 0.5 tsp. Italian herbs, as well as salt and black pepper to taste. All mix well. mix minced meat with fried onions, salt and spices.
  3. We stuff each potato with the resulting meat mixture (if you have extra minced meat, meatballs can be formed from it). we stuff potatoes with meat mass.
  4. In a deep container, mix 200 ml of sour cream, 1 tsp. ketchup and 1 tsp. acute adjika. Preparing the fill for the dish.
  5. We spread the potatoes on a refractory form and pour it with the resulting sour cream sauce. Put the potatoes in a baking dish and pour over the sauce.
  6. Also add 150 ml of water to the form. Add water to the mold as well.
  7. Cover the potatoes with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 1 hour 20 minutes. Potatoes stuffed with minced meat are a worthy dish even for a festive table.
Important! If you want the dish to appear rosy, remove the foil from the mold 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

Ready potatoes are very tender, juicy and fragrant. If desired, it can also be decorated with greens and grated cheese. Such a dish will look great on both everyday and holiday table.
