You will need:

  • boiled potatoes - 6-7 pieces;
  • cooked sausage - 150 g;
  • ham - 150 g;
  • onions - half the average;
  • egg - 5 pieces;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • garlic - 2 prongs;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

  1. Cut the sausage and ham into small cubes. Throw in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Chop onion and garlic finely. Add to the sausage with ham, pepper and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

  4. Beat eggs with a whisk or mixer. Salt and pour in the milk. Shake again.

Cooking

  1. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in olive oil.
  2. Squash the sauerkraut from the juice and add to the onion. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and wine. Stew under the lid for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the boiled potatoes into circles and place in a pre-oiled form. Top with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the stewed cabbage in the next layer. Spread the bacon tape evenly on it.
  6. Prepare the fill: in a separate bowl, mix the egg, sour cream and cream. Add some salt and pepper. Shake the mixture.

  • potatoes - 10 pieces;
  • sausage (ham) - 300 g;
  • onions - 2 medium;
  • tomato - 3 pieces;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • sour cream - 150 ml;
  • garlic - 3 prongs;
  • greens (dill, parsley, green onions) - to taste;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Shred raw potatoes in a thin semicircle. Fold in bulk dishes.
  2. Cut the onion into rings or half rings, put on the potato. Salt, add pepper, spices, mix everything.
  3. Cut the sausage or ham into strips and save in sunflower oil with garlic. Add to potatoes and mix.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into rings, grate the cheese, chop the greens.
