If you use a meat grinder, they will be more granular, and if a blender - too homogeneous.
    Rub the potatoes on a fine grater.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp to grated or chopped potatoes. salt and 2/3 of lemon juice. Lemon juice is needed so that the dough for potato pancakes does not turn black. Mix everything thoroughly.
