Braised potato with pork ribs and green beans

Braised potato with pork  ribs and green beans

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 800 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Green pepper - 1 pc.
  • Tomato Sauce - 300 g
  • Round green beans - 300 g
  • Potato - 1 kg
  • Parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Peppercorns - 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Step cooking

  1. First, put on a stove a cauldron or a large thick-walled pan. Pour about 50 ml of vegetable oil into it and start heating. In a thick-walled cauldron, we heat the vegetable oil.
  2. Next, cut the ribs along the bone into portioned pieces. Cut ribs portionwise.
  3. To check how much the oil has warmed up, dip the peeled garlic clove into it. As soon as the garlic is browned, take it out. To check the heating of the oil, fry the clove of garlic in it and remove it when it is gilded.
  4. We spread chopped ribs into the cauldron. In the hot oil, dip the pork ribs.
  5. After this, the ribs should be properly pepper, and also they need to be slightly added with salt. Stir and fry over high heat. Salt the ribs, pepper and fry on all sides.
  6. While the meat is fried, we proceed to the preparation of vegetables. Peel 1 large onion from the husk and cut it into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  7. Peel the carrots, and then cut it into cubes about the same size as the onions. Dice the carrots.
  8. When the ribs are podzolotil on all sides, put in the cauldron chopped carrots and onions. Mix. Add carrots with onions to the cauldron to the ribs.
  9. Next, go to the pepper. Cut the stalk and pull out the seeds. Cut green and red peppers into small cubes. Dice red and green bell peppers.
  10. When the carrots become soft and the onion is translucent, put the chopped pepper into the cauldron. Mix. Add pepper to the cauldron.
  11. Then we clear the round green beans from the tails and cut it in half. If such a bean is not at hand or you simply do not like it, this ingredient can simply not be used. Cut the green beans in half.
  12. Pour tomato sauce into a cauldron and mix everything thoroughly. Add tomato sauce to the cauldron.
  13. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Peel and chop the potatoes quite large.
  14. Peeled potatoes and beans are sent to the cauldron. Add 1 tbsp. l salt and fill everything with boiled water. Add a pinch of black pepper with peas and a few bay leaves. Bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. To boil faster, close the cauldron with a lid. Add potatoes and beans to the cauldron, pour water, add salt, pepper and peas and stew the dish.
  15. Peel a few cloves of garlic and finely chop them. Finely chop the parsley. Then we add greens and garlic to an almost ready dish. In a practically finished dish, add chopped garlic and herbs.
  16. Serve such potatoes in hot form immediately after cooking. Enjoy your meal. Potato stew with pork ribs is not only tasty, but also nutritious.
